Misturando Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Misturando app (package com.misturando.android) handles your data. It describes what the app actually does. If this translation and the Portuguese version differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

Summary

• Your data stays on your device. Misturando does not require an account and has no server of its own.
• We do not receive, see or sell your data. There are no ads, analytics or tracking.
• If you turn on Google Drive backup (feature in development), a copy of your data is sent to a private app folder in your own Google account. The developer has no access to that copy.

2. Data stored on your device

To work, the app stores locally, in the app's private database and files, the information you enter yourself:

• your studio or business name and your name, when provided;
• ingredients, suppliers, costs, recipes, preparations, stock and products;
• product photos you pick from your device (the app keeps a local copy of the selected photo);
• sales, including the buyer's name when you enter it, sales channel and payment status;
• reference links you save in recipes and preparations;
• app preferences, such as theme.

This data does not leave your device, except for the optional backup described below. Opening a saved link only hands it to your device's browser.

3. Optional Google Drive backup

Feature in development: backup is not yet available in the app. This section describes how it will work once released. Until then, no data leaves your device.

Backup is off by default and only works if you turn it on and authorize it with your Google account. When turned on:

• What is sent: a full copy of the app's database and product photos.
• Where: to the app's private data folder (appDataFolder) in your Google Drive. This folder does not appear in your Drive file list and can only be accessed by Misturando.
• Permissions requested from Google: basic account identification (to show which account is connected) and the drive.appdata scope, which grants access only to that private folder. The app does not request access to your other Drive files.
• When: when you tap "Back up now", or automatically, at most once every 24 hours, when there are changes. By default only on Wi-Fi; you can allow mobile data.
• How many copies: the app keeps the 7 most recent automatic copies and deletes older ones. Manual copies are only deleted when you ask.
• Security: uploads use an encrypted connection (TLS), and storage is handled by Google. In this version, backup files do not have additional end-to-end encryption. They are protected by access to your Google account.
• Credentials: access tokens are managed by Google's sign-in library. The app does not write them to its database or to logs.

Your use of your Google account and Google Drive is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Other Google services

In the version distributed through Google Play, the app uses Google Play's In-App Updates feature to find out whether a new version is available. This check is performed by Google Play itself on your device and follows Google's policies. The developer receives no data about you through it.

5. What we don't do

• We don't show ads.
• We don't use analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools that send data to third parties.
• We don't sell or share your data.
• We don't access your location, contacts, microphone or camera.

6. Other people's data

If you enter data about other people, such as customer names in sales or supplier names, that data stays under your control, on your device and, if enabled, in your backup. Only enter what your business needs.

7. How long data is kept and how to delete it

• On your device: until you delete it in the app, clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall the app.
• In the backup: you can delete manual copies in the app. To delete all backups, open Google Drive in a browser, go to Settings → Manage apps, find Misturando and choose Delete hidden app data.
• Disconnecting your account: you can turn off backup in the app or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access does not delete existing backups. To delete them, follow the previous step.

Because we have no access to your data, we cannot delete it for you. The options above put that action entirely in your hands. If you have questions, contact us at the email above.

8. Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) and similar laws in other countries, you have the right to confirm whether your data is processed, and to access, correct, delete and port it, as well as to withdraw consent. In Misturando, you exercise most of these rights directly in the app, since the data is under your control. Backup is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. 9. Children

Misturando is a management tool for small businesses and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

If the way data is handled changes, this page will be updated and the effective date at the top will change. Relevant changes will also be announced in the app or on the Google Play listing.
